Desert Serenity – Rosamond, CA

This single-story home was redesigned for a couple looking to bring the warmth of the desert into their daily life. The goal was to create a calm, sun-soaked environment using a neutral palette and natural textures. Key challenges included reworking the awkward flow between the kitchen and dining room and integrating the homeowners’ collection of artisan ceramics.

Materials & Style Highlights

  • Raw-edge wood furniture
  • Clay-finished walls
  • Custom linen drapery
  • Handwoven jute rugs
  • Matte black fixtures

Urban Calm – Downtown Loft

This compact downtown space needed a major personality shift—less clutter, more calm. We focused on a limited material palette and created a sense of spaciousness with vertical storage and reflective surfaces. The biggest challenge was balancing style with utility in under 600 square feet.

Materials & Style Highlights

  • Concrete floors
  • Pale oak millwork
  • Sheer curtains for natural light diffusion
  • Smart lighting system with layered control
